In Asia, gender parity is estimated to take another 123 years to achieve.
Progress is far too slow — not for lack of capital, but for lack of clarity on how to deploy it.
Limited comparable, decision-useful insights on gender outcomes hold back financing for Sustainable Development Goal 5 goals across the APAC region.
Our innovation
Tasked with calculating the cost of achieving SDG5 in Asia, we challenged the question – and devised a more practical approach.
We built a country-level outcomes index that mapped public and non-public financing across sectors.
Identifying outcome-based investment opportunities, not just gaps.
The outcome
A region-wide evidence base enabling funders and investors to target the largest gaps, shift allocations and design gender-lens strategies with clearer accountability.
