With over 18 years of experience, Amit has designed catalytic-capital vehicles for KOIS, GDI and corporate donors, such as Godrej and Credit Suisse. A specialist in blended-finance structures for skills, rural livelihoods, climate and public health, he holds a dual M.Sc. in Public Policy & Human Development from United Nations University and Maastricht University.

Across 15 years with Acumen, Grameen Impact and private advisory mandates, Avinash has closed early-stage equity and structured-debt deals in education, agriculture and fintech. His earlier stints include ed-tech entrepreneurship, Citi’s international banking desk and telecom R&D.

Her background spans engineering at ISRO and operations and growth leadership at e-commerce and tech platforms.
